Opening of The International Center for Training and Development (ICTD) in Tyr under the sponsorship of Prof. Youssef Nasrallah and Mr. Haitham Shaaban. The event starts by the Lebanese National Anthem and then the ICTD President r Prof. Wassim Jaber presents the center for the audiances and emphasising its importance in the south of Lebanon for suppporting the society, students, youth in all disciplines encourgeing them for having innovative and shining future.
