Participating Levels

Students from elementary to university level participate in the competition (from Grade 1 to university).

Schedule

Registration Opens: January 7, 2026
Registration Closes: April 8, 2026
Project Exhibition: April 11, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Awards Ceremony: April 12, 2026 | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Location

The National Robotics and AI Competition takes place in Beirut, Lebanon. Exact venue details will be emailed to qualified participants.

Project Rules

  • Participation only through school (individual student participation not allowed)
  • Registration exclusively through this website during the specified period
  • Each school participates with one project per level (Primary, Middle, Secondary)
  • Universities: up to 4 projects maximum, registered directly by students
  • Supervisors cannot supervise more than two projects in the competition
  • Previous projects are allowed with written notification to the administration
  • Full compliance with deadlines and competition rules

Project Rules

Quality and innovation criteria we look for in submissions

  1. Maximum 3 students per project with one supervisor
  2. The project must be student-produced (committee has the right to disqualify non-original projects)
  3. Maximum dimensions: 1m² area × 2m height (any exception requires prior approval)
  4. Size is not an evaluation criterion
  5. Mandatory student attendance during presentation
  6. Explanatory board (70×100cm) in Arabic/English/French containing: objective, category, level, beneficiaries, methodology, results
  7. Presentation duration: 12 minutes maximum (including judges' questions)
  8. Upload poster and documents to the website before the deadline (maximum 10 MB)
  9. Students retain intellectual property rights for qualified projects
  10. Presentation in any of the three languages (projector use prohibited)
  11. Prohibited use of living organisms or materials that cause smoke/odor/noise/liquid leakage
